It remains the sole discretion of Harlwood Danes to provide a stud dog for the purpose of breeding to said bitch.  The decision may be based upon the above documents of any other factors at Harlwood Danes.  If any further testing of the bitch or artificial insemination is agreed to by both parties, the expenses will be borne by the owner of the bitch.

Harlwood Danes will guarantee a pregnancy as detailed in the contract they will supply at the breeding.  The agreed-upon stud fee will be paid at the time of breeding.  In any case, all fees must be received prior to Harlwood Danes signing AKC litter registration papers.

These conditions are understood and agreed to by all parties involved.
